Refund policy

  • Request to exchange or refund must be done 48hours after receiving the hair.
  • Kikilabelle will not accept hair that has been used, washed or lace has been tampered with.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been worn.
  • Customer is responsible for courier charges to and fro when a return or exchange is facilitated
  • Only once we receive the hair from you, can we see if it is eligible for a return or exchange
  • Returns older than 2 days will not be accepted
